In-House events

CFL is home to some fantastic in house events and competitions as well as being host to national competitions such as Raising the Bar (Masters) and Barbelles Ladies Only events. Our in house competitions have something for everyone from our same sex pairs competitions to our All Star Games, a great individual challenge with the community spirit.

We will be hosting Raising the Bar Masters (athletes with categories ranging from 35 - 39 all the way up to 65+) and Raising the Bar Mixed Pairs in 2026.
