PREGNANT OR A NEW PARENT?
Our Bump & Baby sessions are designed to support and empower pregnant women and new parents on their fitness journey.
Whether you’re expecting or have a baby under the age of one, you’re very welcome to join us, as long as you have sign-off from your GP or midwife.
These sessions are a great way to move safely, regain strength, and connect with others in a relaxed, supportive environment. Babies are welcome to come along too!

£12 drop-in for non-members – everyone is welcome!
