METCON is our newest class / membership option at CFL. Short for ‘Metabolic Conditioning’, CFL METCON provides an unrivalled, calorific, fat-burning workout. Our METCON classes are 45 – 60 minutes of movement, consisting of moderate – high intensity exercises. Suitable for all ages and abilities and perfect for those who are new to CrossFit / functional training, or those looking for stress relief and fat loss!
During the week commencing 25th November 2019 we will be holding METCON MADNESS, a FREE week of METCON classes. We welcome anyone to come down and try it for a week with no obligation. To reserve your place just follow the 3 steps below;
Step 1 – choose which METCON classes you would like to attend 25/11/19 – 1/12/19
Step 2 – Email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us Facebook / Instagram to reserve your place in your chosen classes.
Step 3 – Enjoy your FREE week. There is no obligation to sign up following the trial, but our staff would be happy to answer any questions you may have and discuss your goals.
