8 Week Nutrition Course (3rd Feb – 21st Mar 2021)

Our next 8 week Nutrition Course is now live to book!!⁣

Limited to only 12 spaces this will sell out very fast!! ⁣

Over the 8 weeks we will discuss how to incorporate a healthy balanced diet into your lifestyle to optimise health, body composition & performance. Different topics areas will be discussed each week & myths dispelled leading to a much more focused attitude towards sustainable & enjoyable healthy eating. ⁣
⁣
Our course will start & finish not only with an InBody health assessment showing the true extent of your results. ⁣
The course will run every Wednesday 7:45 – 8:45pm, starting 3rd February 2021.

At CrossFit Leyland we pride ourselves on designing universally scalable workouts which can be completed by ALL members. The scaling of load and intensity enables us to have a broad range of individuals completing the same workout alongside each other, we don’t change programmes we scale them.
