OUR FACILITIES

We have been a CrossFit affiliated gym since September 2012 having began in a basic 900 sq ft facility we are now proud to have moved into a much larger working space which encompass 3 workout areas (main gym floor, open gym area, mezzanine conditioning area) and a therapy room which host weekly sports therapy and physiotherapy appointments

Gym Floor

CrossFit, Kettlebell & Olympic Weightlifting classes take place here,  in addition to open gym outside of class times.

This area allows members to train any time of day regardless of whether there is a class scheduled on the main gym floor.

Mezzanine Conditioning Area

This area is used for socializing, conditioning, gymnastics skill work and is home to our weekly yoga classes.

At CrossFit Leyland we pride ourselves on designing universally scalable workouts which can be completed by ALL members. The scaling of load and intensity enables us to have a broad range of individuals completing the same workout alongside each other, we don’t change programmes we scale them.
